Great experience from start to finish. Professional, friendly, great communication and fairly quick finding is our donor. Gwen organised our initial contact with the doctor and was friendly and answered all our questions; definitely put us at ease. Karin, our co ordinator, looked after us after this, always supportive throughout the whole process. All the other staff, phlebotomists and doctors were all professional and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

The five star is specially for Andres. Ofc the doctor and team are very good too. I decided to do the egg freezing in middle of April and it was done by second week of June. At the beginning it was quite frustrated since the lady from clinic sending me standard check list without giving me clear instructions( some of the test requirements had nothing related to the process I am doing) I almost give up here and about to leave a bad review until Andres showed up. Since it’s first time, we are not expert to know all the information, that’s why we need help. Especially for ppl who don’t live in Barcelona, cannot just walk in and ask about it. Andres is super patient, answered all my questions consistently even on weekend :) calmed me down when I was worried I may would miss the surgery in June. He discussed with doctor and offered me better solution to make it on time. So I could plan everything ahead and flew to Barcelona. He guided me in details of which date and what to do, in a very organized instruction. After I arrived the clinic, he welcomed me warmly and everything went perfectly in a way I expected. Also the Anesthetist was so kind and friendly, he was very gentle and talked to me before surgery and afterwards, always sweet smiles, that made me feel very cared and comfortable. Obviously the clinic is very professional and good. Thank you for helping me out.

I highly recommend this clinic without any doubt. From the very first phone conversation, I knew it was the right place for us to begin our journey. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jana, our first coordinator. We truly appreciate all of her efforts in helping us secure an early consultation. Because of our limited time in Europe, it was very important for us to be seen as soon as possible, and she went above and beyond to find the earliest available appointment. We are incredibly thankful for her kindness, dedication, and support. A big thank you as well to our Medical Coordinator, Andrés, and to Dr. Ana. They have been exceptionally kind, patient, and professional. They explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and guided us on the best options to support us throughout this journey. I highly recommend Reproclinic. Communication was consistent and doctors took the time to explain things to me in depth. The overall process was really smooth, with the clinic being very accommodating of my planning and timeline. Elena and the Dr Saborit were very caring and attentive to my needs. I had an amazing experience with Reproclinic from start to finish. I worked with Cristina (medical coordinator), Geovani (patient coordinator), and Dr. Moreno, and all were incredible. At no point in the process did I feel alone or confused. They were always there, and to be honest, they felt like family I already knew somehow. Everyone had an optimistic but professional and focused attitude towards my care, which made a huge difference. I made a mistake with my medication one day, and they were immediately on the phone with me to resolve it. That level of support really ensured the success of the procedure in the end. I can’t say enough about Reproclinic. It feels like a hidden gem in an industry that is often overpriced and can be dismissive of women. At all moments, I felt that they respected the female body, respected me, and were working towards the best possible outcome. The pricing is exactly what I think is appropriate: fair, without feeling ripped off, while still valuing the expertise of the medical professionals. I’m so grateful and look forward to doing my second round of egg freezing in a few months. Thank you so much!

I honestly cannot say enough great things about my experience at Reproclinic in Barcelona. From the very beginning everything felt organized and professional and truly patient-centered. A special thank you to my coordinator Karin who was always quick to respond and really supportive throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions and made something that could feel overwhelming much easier to handle. Jana was a bit slower at times but still responsive and helpful whenever I needed support. I did a lot of research before choosing a clinic but after speaking with Dr. Moreno my decision felt easy. He impressed me right away with his professionalism and calm energy. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything clearly so you feel comfortable and confident. The procedure itself went great. I didn’t have any pain and didn’t need to take any painkillers at all. The results in terms of mature eggs even exceeded my expectations and of course I was very happy about that. I truly give a lot of credit for this to my doctor. I know this procedure can feel frustrating at times but don’t worry because the entire team is there for you to support and guide you every step of the way. I truly felt cared for and in good hands and I’m very grateful for this experience. I would absolutely recommend Reproclinic to anyone considering egg freezing.

Reproclinic is an excellent fertility clinic made up of truly professional, attentive, and kind people. From the very first day, I felt understood and listened to. Alejandro Garcia was the first person I was in contact with, and he was always attentive, responsive, and very quick to answer all my questions and clarify any doubts. The clinic always took my requests into consideration, which made me feel respected and supported. The doctor who is following my treatment, Dr. Alicia Hernandez Saborit, is truly outstanding. What I was looking for most in such a delicate situation was empathy, and with Reproclinic I genuinely found it. My coordinator, Elena Bosisio, has also been amazing, always available, supportive, and ready to help with any question or concern. All the staff, including the nurses and medical team, are highly professional, caring, and reassuring. I truly felt in good hands at every step of the process. I honestly could not have gone through this journey without Reproclinic, and I am very grateful for their support. Care: Dr. Moreno was my primary doctor and Cristina was my medical coordinator. They were both professional, educated, and fluent in English. Occasionally, the doctors would substitute in case Dr. Moreno was absent. One stable and consistent factor was my care under Cristina. She attended almost all the meetings with me from day 1 until my procedure ended. Additionally, she was the first medical professional to have ever hugged me in my life, which ultimately touched me with her empathy. The surgery was smooth, quick, and rather painless for the most part (because I had anesthesia). Medication: Medication was only available off site at Pharmacies. A few preferred pharmacies had it available (same day). Other non-preferred pharmacies had it available after 24-hour from prescription request. Costs are all universally the same throughout the pharmacies. Details: Subsequent appointments were scheduled after each visit, so it was easy, minimizing any sort of international calls. Prior to traveling to Barcelona, most communication occurred through email or WhatApp - no digital client portals. This is convenient for me because it's simple! Instead of digging through weblinks, the training on medication usage was done in person, and i recorded videos with my phone. Again, easier than searching through a portal for the training videos. Location is moderately convenient, and I would say it's accessible from the tourist locations, via public metro or bus. I requested medical reports after my treatment, and they provided the results for bloodwork, egg counts & sizes, and surgical results. Payment & Cost: I was hesitant to make a payment prior to visiting the location in person. I only made the payment when I arrived at the clinic, and did not pre-pay, so I felt more assured and convinced that it was an authentic fertility clinic, rather than some scam. Cost is affordable compared to the UK, US, or some other European nations. Best to get quotes from various clinics. Profile & Treatment: 36 year old female at the time of egg freezing treatment. Traveling from the US. Stayed in Barcelona for 7 weeks for the treatment. Highly recommend ReproClinic - great value, care, professionalism, English communication, location, and administrative ease.

Adria, Karin, and Sergio were an exceptional team at Reproclinic. Overall, my experience was a 9/10—mostly because there is always room for improvement. I had been considering egg freezing for over three years, and this was my first time going through the process. From the very beginning, the entire team took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explain each step. Their openness, willingness to engage, and transparency about the overall cost of the procedure ultimately made me feel comfortable enough to move forward, especially coming from the United States where the cost is significantly higher to pursue this process. I felt supported at every stage of the process and always knew I could reach out with questions or concerns. The team was very accommodating and even considered working with me to schedule monitoring appointments and the procedure itself around day trips I wanted to take during my stay in Barcelona, within reason. Karin was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and worked with me over nearly six months to ensure I was truly ready to proceed. She helped me coordinate my trip from overseas and gave me the tools and confidence I needed to plan everything with certainty. During my treatment, I met several doctors. All of them were very professional and kind. They always listened to me and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. I really appreciated that they always tried to adapt to my needs. The nurses were also very nice and patient. Taking blood from me is not always easy, but they were always gentle and understanding. I felt that they truly cared. I want to give a special thank you to Karin. She supported me through every step of the process. She always answered my questions, helped me when I had problems, and gave me a lot of emotional support. She does her job with kindness and care, and that meant a lot to me. I am 100% happy with the clinic, and I truly recommend Reproclinic to anyone who is looking for a kind, professional and supportive team during fertility treatment. Thank you so much for everything! 💛
